Returns

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, I'm always happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within one 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order begins processing and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@charmainejewels.com with your order number as soon as possible. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@charmainejewels.com Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
