Lost or Damaged Packages

Every order is shipped with insurance for added peace of mind. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@charmainejewels.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We'll work with USPS to investigate the claim and assist you as quickly as possible.
